Returns and Exchanges

The return period for standard online orders is 30 days from the delivery date of the package to receive a full refund. Late returns are subject to a restocking fee. Custom orders are not returnable. To request a return please email us at jessica@jessicacollettejewelry.com. Items and packaging must be returned in new and unused condition to ensure a refund. Refunds do not include shipping costs.
